Melin Tregwynt (Woollen Mill):1.5 miles from Ty Pinc, this is a genuine, family owned working mill, producing beautiful quilts and blankets and well worth a visit.  There is also a cafe. www.melintrgwynt.co.uk

Whitesands Beach:approx. 13 miles from Ty Pinc, this is a sandy beach that is accessible for the disabled, beach wheelchair hire available.

Newport Beach:approx. 9 miles from Ty Pinc, this is a sandy beach that is accessible for the disabled, beach wheelchair hire available.

Abereiddy: beach and disabled access pathway to the "blue lagoon"

Abermawr and Aberbach Beaches: Approx. 2 miles away, these are shale beaches that have sand at lower tide levels approached by footpaths. Abermawr is quite popular for surfers. Although the beaches are not accessible by the disabled there is a disabled access viewpoint by Abermawr.

St. David's and St. David's Cathedral.  Shops and attractions. The Cathedral and Refrectory Dining are  wheelchair accessible. www.stdavidscathedral.org
