Cottage description

     Ty Pinc, wheelchair and disabled access.


  • The house is approached by a gently sloping gravel driveway to a flat, paved area for wheelchair friendly  disembarking by the low threshold door.  The rest of the parking area is gravel with parking for 3 cars.


  • Laundry room, with washing machine and tumble drier 

  • Wheelchair access toilet with handrails, washbasin

  • Utility area with freezer, and space to park and charge chairs or scooters.

  • Bedroom with patio door onto decking (wheelchair accessible) En-suite wet room with shower, toilet, washbasin, shower seat and handrails, toilet frame.

  • Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, 'fridge, low level breakfast bar and patio doors onto decking.

  • Sitting room with tv, dvd player, riser recliner chair and patio doors onto decking accessible for wheelchais and the disabled.

  • Upstairs;

  • Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet

  • Bedroom with double bed

  • Bedroom with one or two single beds

  • Separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

  • The beds can be re-arranged to have two singles in the downstairs bedroom if that is preferable and we can also put the two singles together as a "superking" either upstairs or downstairs.

  • Good size rear garden, not accessible. 
  • Decking on south and west sides, with distant ( 1 mile as the crow flies) sea views on the west. 

  • The owner lives next door and runs a small, quiet horse livery yard separated from the holiday cottage by a small paddock. If you have a horse and you'd like to bring it on holiday too, livery can be provided for an extra charge. There is also freelance instruction available (on your own horse) and an out door menage.
